Harley is our beautiful steady disposition alpaca. We weren't surprised when she delivered another beautiful cria on August 10th. She is such a wonderful mother providing lots of love and milk to our newest little one "Gussie". Harley has been bred again. This time we are looking for gray. We went west to Bluffton, Ohio, to visit Lord Graystone. Locks and luster are on their way!
Father: 423 Lord Graystone
Medium Silver Grey, 834029, Full Peruvian
Lord Greystone is a beautiful, third generation gray, his dam has a 19 micron fiber, and is large boned, with beautiful poise and conformation. His Sire; Silver King, is out of a Rose Grey female. He has inherited his father's color and his dams size, fiber, great luster(yes luster in gray), beautiful tight ropey locks, and incredible poise. If you are looking for grey in your breeding program, Lord Graystone is the sire for you; lock, luster, density conformation.
Lord Greystone's first cria are on the ground, & he is 60% gray, and has two maroon, with 10 on the ground, and more on the way. Lord Greystone's progeny took two 1st place ribbons at the National Conference, Lord Alfred in the Grey Juvenile Class, Silver Nugget in the Grey Yearling class. His Progeny also took two seconds at the All American Futurity, Lord Alfred took second in the jr. Grey class, and Joe Boxer took 2nd in the Jr. Brown class. We think think that this gray stud is very special and is off to a great start.
